Most of these are books I own and have personally learned from and am actively learning from/studying + I've added stars to the ones I recommend to enthusiasts and beginners that are my personal faves to get started w/ this stuff :3~Ģ. But first I have to transcribe this interview from last week, I don't want to fall behind on that and I'm super excited for when it goes live It will be called The Years My Body Disappeared. I'm planning my next Substack post because I have the idea already but I want to also do Q&As or PDF recs to break up the longer entries. At times I think I look for signs to validate an emergence of self-righteousness that will give me the permission I want to move crazy.
I fantasize (just in these days) being able to just take things/people/moments as they are without needing to chew on them forever afterwards and categorize them into Right and Wrong.
I sometimes wonder if I am doing existence wrong by being so damn contemplative. It's a small house but life in here just piles up.
Drank a coffee and finished cleaning the fridge and will slowly be making my way through the rest of the house. I like that the pink flowers outside my window haven't died yet even though it's almost November. Good afternoon! Good beautiful sunny day although my emotions are complicated and have been since yesterday.
